This training seminar provides an overview of the governing Florida statute including topics such as: The history of the law, Constitutional Right to Organize, Representation Process and Elections, Obligation to Bargain, and Unfair Labor Practices.
But wait! FPELRA gives you more! The afternoon portion of this seminar will give you tips and pointers on what to do and what not to do, how to bargain from scratch or build on existing language, data collection in preparation for bargaining, and an understanding of the politics of bargaining.
This will be a comprehensive introduction to Public Sector Bargaining in Florida!
