Agency Membership
Annual Dues: $235 (A $20 annual savings)

Allows membership status for three (3) persons employed by the same Public Sector Employer (Agency) whose primary charge is the accomplishment of duties outlined in either the principal or associate membership categories below.  One employee with the Public Agency shall be designated as the Principal Agency (PA) member, and up to two (2) additional persons may be designated as Associate Agency (AA) members. 

Principal Membership
Annual Dues: $95

Available to a Public Sector employee whose main or principal responsibility is representing management in the Labor Relations process. This employee would generally have overall responsibility for the the collective bargaining process and Labor Relations function within the Public Sector Agency.  This category shall allow the member to have full voting privileges and to hold office in the Association.

Associate Membership
Annual Dues: $ 80

Available to a Public Sector employee whose main or principal responsibility is supporting Principal Members in the Labor Relations process. This employee would generally have auxiliary and/or ancilliary responsibilities in the collective bargaining process and would assist the Principal Member in the Labor Relations function.  Members in this category have full voting privileges and are allowed to hold office in the Association prividing they meet certain qualifications outlined in the current bylaws. 

Sustaining Membership
Annual Dues: $ 250

This class of membership is open to lawyers and consultants who may be eligible, if they and their firm represents management exclusively in any public sector labor relations activity and have special knowledge, interest or experience in public sector employment and labor relations process.  A Sustaining member may remain a member of FPELRA upon changing positions unless his or her new position places the member in an advocacy or interest role which is inconsistent with, or contrary to, the purpose of the organization as stated in the bylaws  These members shall have no voting privileges nor be able to hold office.
