Arbitrator Award HistoriesDo you need to researd award histories for a panel you just received? Arbitrator award histories are offered on an as-needed basis as part of a free on-going service for FPELRA members. The Arbitrator’s awards history assists you in determining your ranking prior to striking. Please indicate what type of case (just cause or contract interpretation) and the names on the Arbitration panel in an email to jsexton@ircgov.com. Jim Sexton, Human Resources Director for Indian River County, will send you back the individual award histories. Please provide the names on the panel and the type of case pending. Local Awards Members are requested to forward the text of any
arbitration award for posting on our web. This benefits our
